RETURN POLICY

At CEO Enterprises, we are committed to delivering quality electrical products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if it meets ALL of the following conditions: the return request is raised within 7 days of the date of delivery; the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition; the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and tags intact; the product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase; and the product is not listed under the non-returnable category below.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable: products that have been installed, used, or tampered with; products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or negligence by the buyer; products returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation; custom-made, specially ordered, or made-to-specification products; electrical consumables such as wires, cables, or other items sold by length or quantity once opened or cut; products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers, unless received in a defective or damaged condition; and products where the return request is raised after the 7-day return window has expired.

3. Acceptable Reasons for Return

We accept return requests for the following valid reasons: product received in a damaged or broken condition; product received is defective or non-functional out of the box; product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item or wrong specifications); and product received is incomplete, with missing parts or accessories as described on the product listing.

Note: Change of mind, incorrect selection by the buyer, unable to sale (commericial clients ) or ordering the wrong model are not accepted as valid return reasons unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: contact us at info@ceoenterprises.in within 7 days of delivery; provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging; our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days; and if your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please do not return any product without receiving a formal Return Authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, CEO Enterprises will arrange or reimburse the cost of return shipping. In all other accepted return cases, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer. Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. CEO Enterprises is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

6. Inspection and Approval

All returned products will be inspected by our team upon receipt. If the product does not meet the return conditions stated above, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. We aim to complete the inspection within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Resolution After Approved Return

Upon approval of a valid return, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the nature of the issue and product availability: replacement of the product with the same or equivalent item; store credit applicable toward a future purchase; or a refund to the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which CEO Enterprises will process refunds for product purchases made through www.ceoenterprises.in. Please read this policy in conjunction with our Return Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances: a valid return request has been approved in accordance with our Return Policy; an order was placed but could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or business reasons; a duplicate payment was made for the same order; an order was cancelled before dispatch; or a product was damaged in transit and a replacement is not available.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases: return requests raised after the 7-day return window; products that are used, installed, damaged due to buyer misuse, or missing original packaging; products listed as non-returnable in our Return Policy; orders where the buyer provided incorrect delivery details leading to failed delivery; and shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within the following estimated timelines:

Timelines are subject to your bank or payment provider's processing schedule, which may be beyond our control.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund: submit a return request at info@ceoenterprises.in with your order details and reason for refund; our team will assess your request and respond within 2–3 business days; if approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method; and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled and a full refund issued if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and the buyer must follow the Return Policy. To cancel an order, please email info@ceoenterprises.in immediately or call with your order number.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue a partial refund where only part of an order is returned, or where a product is returned in a condition that has diminished its resale value but still meets the basic return criteria. The refund amount in such cases will be determined at our discretion.

7. Disputes and Escalations

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, please escalate your concern in writing to info@ceoenterprises.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review your case and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. CEO Enterprises is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all customer concerns.
